The global IT giant Sun Microsystems with a long-standing reputation as the best provider of top-end server is making an effort to reach down to the mid-range market.  Sun has delivered to market the new Sun Fire V20z server.  It promises to combine the performance of traditional Sun servers at the compelling price affordable to SMEs.  The new Sun Fire V20z features AMD Opteron processors and all the benefits of the Sun Java™ Enterprise System running on either the Solaris™ Operating System or Linux.

Sun Microsystems has teamed up with Corazio as a strategic application provider on the new servers.  Corazio's flagship collaboration software promises to provide SME's a powerful solution in an age that demands teams from even small and medium-sized companies to work in multiple locations with multiple stakeholder groups.  As such, Sun Microsystems and Corazio's new products are a natural fit for each other.  The centerpiece of the China launch is a seven-city road show that includes Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan, and Shenyang.  This road show is scheduled from May 14th to June 10th.
